Dr. Soyoung Lee obtained her medical degree at the Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine, completed her Psychiatry residency at Georgetown University Medical Center, and fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2019. After her training, she worked as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. She joined Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in June 2022. Besides serving as a researcher at the Center for Alzheimer Research and Treatment, she treats various psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions in older adults, teaches students and trainees, and conducts research focusing on neuropsychiatric symptoms and neurobehavioral changes in older adults in the context of aging and cognitive decline.
