CART Research Participants - FAQs

      Welcome to CART!

Check out our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) before heading in for your visit!

In a continued effort to keep you safe throughout your study involvement, CART will contact your primary care team to let them know you are enrolled in the study, but we won’t notify your insurance. Additionally, we will follow up with you AND your primary care team if anything concerning arises with your health.

All study data belongs to the study sponsor. We can share some specific data that is typically used in clinical settings (e.g. MRI results, safety labs, and general cognitive functioning). However, other data (e.g. PET imaging and biomarker results), we are blinded to and can NOT share.

Our CART team is blinded to your treatment throughout the duration of the study. When your study ends for all participants (including at other participating sites) it can take a year or longer for your treatment assignment to be released by study sponsors.
